POSITION: ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

We are accepting applications for the role of an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.


Job Description
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager and ensure the efficient operation of all F&B outlets and conference facilities within the hotel. This role requires a combination of administrative prowess, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.


The job description includes, but not limited to the following:
 - Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service, as well as all conference and banquet facilities.
 - Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction/experience.
 - Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to minimize wastage and ensure optimal supply levels.
 - Assist in developing and implementing F&B strategies to enhance guest dining experience and increase revenue.
 - Conduct regular inspections of all F&B areas to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
 - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
 - Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising food and beverage service staff to maintain high standards of performance.
 - Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Executive Chef to develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and    profitability.
 - Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
 - Implement food and beverage sales and marketing plans and develop promotions and themes for the department
 - Review the control systems and ensure effective cost control in the department.
 
Job Requirement/Skills
 - Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-5 star rated hotel.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
 - Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, menu planning, and inventory management.
 - A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
 - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
 - Good time management skills
 - Excellent planning, organization and multi-tasking abilities



Qualification/Experience
Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or related field, with at least 3 years working experience in a similar role.

POSITION: DRIVER  - MECHANIC
BRANCH: ALISA HOTEL NORTH RIDGE

Job Description
As a Driver-Mechanic at our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of our guests and staff while also maintaining our fleet of vehicles. This dual role requires a versatile individual who possesses both driving expertise and mechanical skills.

The job description includes, but not limited to the following.
 - Safely operate hotel vehicles, including cars, vans, and shuttles, to transport guests and staff to various locations.
 - Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with safety standards.
 - Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations and fluid checks to keep vehicles operating smoothly.
 - Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to engines, brakes, and electrical systems.
 - Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
 - Monitor fuel levels and refuel vehicles as needed.
 - Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, both interior and exterior.

Qualification/Experience
Minimum of SSCE or WASSCE from a technical school in a mechanical engineering-related course, with at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
